📋 These terms govern your participation in the matus ai waitlist. By joining, you agree to these terms. The product is pre-launch — no launch date or feature set is guaranteed.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By joining the matus ai waitlist or using any pre-launch services provided by solvokit.tech ("we," "us," "Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not join the waitlist.
2. Waitlist Participation
Joining the waitlist:
- Does not guarantee access to the matus ai product or beta program
- Does not constitute a purchase, contract, or binding commitment by either party
- Does not guarantee any specific launch date, feature set, or pricing
- Grants us permission to contact you via the email address provided with product updates and announcements
We reserve the right to modify waitlist priority, expand or restrict access, or discontinue the waitlist at any time without notice.
3. No Guaranteed Launch Date or Features
matus ai is a pre-launch product. All roadmap dates, features, integrations, and pricing mentioned on our website or communications are aspirational and subject to change without notice. Nothing in our materials constitutes a warranty, guarantee, or representation that the product will launch on any specific date or include any specific functionality.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in matus ai, including but not limited to software, design, trademarks, trade names, logos, content, and technology, are and remain the exclusive property of solvokit.tech. Your participation in the waitlist grants you no rights or licenses to our intellectual property.
The name "matus ai," all associated branding, and all product concepts described on this website are proprietary to solvokit.tech.
5. User Conduct
By joining the waitlist, you agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use automated scripts to submit forms or interact with our services
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services
6. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By joining the waitlist, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE WAITLIST AND ALL ASSOCIATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SOLVOKIT.TECH AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE WAITLIST OR USE OF OUR SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED €100 (OR EQUIVALENT IN LOCAL CURRENCY).
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which solvokit.tech is registered. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available at this URL. Continued participation in the waitlist after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Termination
You may remove yourself from the waitlist at any time by emailing [email protected]. We may remove you from the waitlist at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these terms.
